Fair Use PolicySupport

1.1: Our customers are entitled to long-term use of bandwidth up to 1 Gbit/s in accordance with their needs. However, if a customer uses this bandwidth in a way that negatively affects the network performance of other customers, your bandwidth may be limited to 100 Mbit/s.

2.1: Continuous use of 50% or more of the allocated CPU resources for more than one hour may adversely affect system performance. If this limit is exceeded, your CPU usage may be limited.

3.1: In the event of service misconduct leading to the application of these limitations, you will forfeit your right to a full refund.
