The Customer must read this policy carefully before executing any transactions. If the Customer does not agree to these terms, the Customer must immediately cease using the website. This policy applies exclusively to nodesty.com and does not extend to any external websites linked herein. Accessing or using this portal constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
The Company may collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, physical address, email address, and telephone number, for the purposes of product promotion, service updates, marketing communications, transactional processing, and customer support. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification or contact information via email, telephone, or facsimile if necessary. All such collected data shall be treated as Personal Information under applicable data protection regulations.

Nodesty LLC reserves the right to disclose aggregated, non-personally identifiable data to third parties for analytical and operational purposes. Personally identifiable data shall not be disclosed to external parties unless required by law, subpoena, or judicial order, or as described under “Cookie Preferences and Ad Measurement”. The Company may share Personal Information within its affiliate network for operational or promotional purposes. To ensure service continuity for web, mail, virtual, and dedicated server hosting, Customer data may be shared with upstream infrastructure providers and partners solely to the extent necessary to execute transactions.
On a first visit, nodesty.com asks visitors for their cookie preference. With “Necessary cookies only”, only the cookies the site needs to work, such as session, language, cart, and security cookies, are used. With “Accept all”, Google Analytics and the ad measurement described below are enabled as well. The preference can be changed at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page. To measure the effectiveness of its ad campaigns and to show its ads to people likely to be interested, Nodesty LLC uses the Conversions API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). nodesty.com contains no Meta Pixel or other Meta code running in the browser; information is sent to Meta only from the Company's servers, and only for visitors and Customers who chose “Accept all”. When an account is created, an Education Pack application is submitted, a new order is placed, and that order is paid, the type, products, amount, and currency of the transaction are sent to Meta together with the Customer's email address, phone number, first name, last name, country, and customer number, each hashed one-way with the SHA-256 algorithm, and the IP address and browser information, which are not hashed. The products a visitor views on the service pages and adds to the cart are also sent to Meta with their product details and price, together with the IP address and browser information and, for signed-in Customers, the hashed information above. If a visitor arrives at nodesty.com by clicking a Meta ad, the ad click ID is kept for 90 days in a first-party cookie named “_fbc” and sent to Meta with these transactions. Meta uses this information to match the transaction to the relevant ad, to show relevant ads to visitors who showed interest in products, to provide the Company with aggregated ad performance reports, and to improve ad delivery. The Company does not receive individual-level information from Meta. This information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Meta operates. Details of how Meta processes personal data are available in the Meta Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). Customers can stop this transfer at any time by changing their cookie preference to “Necessary cookies only”, send questions about it to info@nodesty.com, and manage the ads shown to them through the ad preferences in their Meta account.
The Company implements commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure Customer data. However, the Customer acknowledges that no internet-based system is entirely immune to security breaches. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or disclosure unless caused by its gross negligence. Financial transactions and payment processing are handled exclusively through Stripe's secure API. Credit card and sensitive financial details are not stored or processed directly on Company servers; all payment data security is managed by Stripe.
To mitigate service abuse, prevent fraudulent accounts, and maintain network integrity, the Company utilizes an AI-driven security system designated as TrustAssessment. Registration data is audited automatically to calculate a risk score ranging from 0 to 100. A score of 0 - 49 signifies low risk, allowing immediate account activation. A score of 50 - 79 requires standard ID Verification. A score of 80 - 100 indicates high risk, requiring both ID Verification and Face Verification. Identity and facial verification services are processed via Didit (didit.me) or Stripe Identity (stripe.com). Verified names must correspond exactly to registration details for account activation.
The Company reserves the right to correct, update, or remove any incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the Customer, utilizing updated details submitted by the Customer or through automated cross-referencing verification methods.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or terminate this Privacy Policy, or restrict access to the website, at any time and without prior notice to the Customer.
