What are virtual servers and dedicated servers?

Virtual Server: A structure created by logically dividing a dedicated server into multiple isolated, smaller sections using specialized software (hypervisor). Each section runs its own operating system. It is cost-effective and allows for resource sharing.

Are refunds provided for Nodesty services?

Refunds are not provided unless there is an unresolved technical issue caused by us. We offer a free trial service to our new customers so they can test our services.

Is DDoS Protection available for virtual and dedicated servers?

Yes, a dedicated nShield DDoS Protection is available for all our virtual and dedicated server services. Detailed information can be found on our nShield page. Unfortunately, DDoS Protection is not provided for Web Hosting services.

Is backup available for virtual server services?

Yes, automatic daily backup is available for all virtual server services. System backups are stored for 7 days; you can choose to lock these backups to make them permanent or take manual, instantaneous backups.
