However, the Customer acknowledges that no internet-based system is entirely immune to security breaches. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or disclosure unless caused by its gross negligence. Financial transactions and payment processing are handled exclusively through Stripe's secure API. Credit card and sensitive financial details are not stored or processed directly on Company servers; all payment data security is managed by Stripe.
Fraud Prevention and Account Verification (TrustAssessment)
To mitigate service abuse, prevent fraudulent accounts, and maintain network integrity, the Company utilizes an AI-driven security system designated as TrustAssessment. Registration data is audited automatically to calculate a risk score ranging from 0 to 100. A score of 0 - 49 signifies low risk, allowing immediate account activation. A score of 50 - 79 requires standard ID Verification. A score of 80 - 100 indicates high risk, requiring both ID Verification and Face Verification. Identity and facial verification services are processed via Didit (didit.me) or Stripe Identity (stripe.com). Verified names must correspond exactly to registration details for account activation.
Accuracy of Collected Data
The Company reserves the right to correct, update, or remove any incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the Customer, utilizing updated details submitted by the Customer or through automated cross-referencing verification methods.
Changes
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or terminate this Privacy Policy, or restrict access to the website, at any time and without prior notice to the Customer.
