Use of the Services and order placement constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the Fair Use Policy. (Last Updated: 06/05/2025)
CPU Usage
Dedicated server resources are allocated exclusively to the Customer, permitting continuous 24/7 execution at 100% CPU capacity. For virtual servers (VPS) utilizing shared CPU resources, the Customer is required to maintain average CPU consumption below 75%. Persistent exceedance of this threshold that impairs the performance of other users may result in the Company deprioritizing the Customer's CPU allocation or enforcing a temporary cap of 50% (or lower) of available resources.
Cryptocurrency Projects
The execution of cryptocurrency mining or any associated high-intensity distributed ledger computing on shared virtual server resources is strictly prohibited. The Company's infrastructure is not optimized for continuous, high-load computational tasks of this nature. Upon detection of unauthorized mining activities, the Company reserves the right to deprioritize, suspend, or terminate the Service immediately. In the event of service suspension or termination under this section, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund.
Bandwidth
The Customer is allocated network bandwidth up to 1 Gbit/s for standard operations. However, should the Customer's bandwidth consumption negatively affect the network performance or throughput of other subscribers, the Company reserves the right to throttle the Customer's connection speed to 100 Mbit/s. For fair-use network plans, average monthly data transfer is expected to remain between 50-60 TB. Running high-traffic services such as public reverse proxies or VPN nodes on fair-use plans is prohibited, and non-compliance may result in bandwidth restriction.
I/O Usage
While no rigid limits are enforced for standard disk input/output (I/O) operations on virtual servers, the execution of applications causing excessive read/write wear on NVMe SSD hardware is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend any Service found to be generating abusive or non-standard I/O loads that threaten disk array integrity.
Refund Policy
Non-compliance with the thresholds set forth in this Fair Use Policy, or any other abuse of system resources, shall result in the immediate forfeiture of the Customer's right to request refunds. The Company may suspend or terminate services due to FUP violations without any liability for refunds or compensation.
Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to monitor this policy for updates. Material amendments may be communicated to the Customer via email.
