1.1: Upon confirmation of an order and receipt of payment, the server provisioning process is automatically initiated. Server access credentials and management details shall be transmitted to the Customer's registered email address and customer portal in a timely manner.

1.2: Nodesty LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate and approve or deny any refund requests concerning virtual or dedicated server services. No refund shall be processed without the express written authorization of the Company.

1.3: Any services procured utilizing promotional codes, discounts, or campaign coupons are strictly non-refundable.

1.4: By obtaining services from Nodesty LLC, the Customer hereby acknowledges, agrees to, and is bound by these delivery and refund terms. Nodesty LLC reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.

2.1: Web hosting service provisioning is initiated automatically upon order approval. Account activation details and server configurations shall be dispatched to the Customer's registered email address and customer portal promptly.

2.2: Nodesty LLC reserves the right to review refund requests for web hosting services on a case-by-case basis. Any refund is subject to the sole approval and verification of the Company.

2.3: The Customer agrees that purchasing and using hosting services from Nodesty LLC constitutes acceptance of this Delivery and Refund Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms in its sole discretion.
