Web Hosting Services

1.1: Within the scope of web hosting services, support is provided solely for server-side infrastructure issues.

1.2: Software or design-related issues on websites, user errors, or problems arising from third-party software integrations are not covered and are the customer's responsibility.

1.3: For software support requests, it is recommended to seek assistance from an external software expert or the relevant service provider.

Virtual and Physical Server Services

2.1: Our virtual and physical server services are offered as 'unmanaged' services. Therefore, support is limited to technical assistance for physical hardware and virtual infrastructure.

2.2: Issues related to software, operating systems, services, plugins, or other applications installed by the user within the server are entirely the customer's responsibility.

2.3: If you require a 'managed' server service, an additional support package must be purchased.

Additional Support Services

3.1: Managed Service Package: This can be requested for comprehensive technical services such as operating system management, software updates, security patches, and configuration support for your server. This service is provided under a separate agreement and pricing.

3.2: Emergency Intervention: In the event of a critical issue, emergency support can be requested for an additional fee. Emergency support requests will be addressed as soon as possible, depending on workload.

Support Requests and Communication

4.1: For support requests, you can create a ticket via the support system available in our customer panel or contact our support team.

4.2: Providing detailed information about the issue you are experiencing (e.g., screenshots, error messages) will expedite the resolution process.

Policy Updates

5.1: Nodesty may update or modify this policy from time to time. The updated or modified policy will be effective immediately upon publication and deemed accepted by the customer. The customer is responsible for regularly monitoring such changes. Nodesty is not obligated to provide special notification to customers regarding updates.
