CPU Usage

1.1: On dedicated servers, CPU resources are directly allocated to you, allowing you to use your processor at 100% capacity 24/7. On virtual servers with shared CPU resources, it is recommended to keep your average CPU usage below 75%. Constantly exceeding this limit may negatively impact the performance of other users. In such cases, your CPU usage priority may not be granted or temporarily limited to 50% (or lower). These restrictions are rarely applied on dedicated servers, which generally have abundant CPU resources.

Cryptocurrency Projects

2.1: Cryptocurrency mining projects requiring continuous or excessive use of shared resources on virtual servers are not allowed. Our infrastructure is not designed to support numerous virtual machines requiring constant CPU usage. If such use is detected, your virtual server priority may be removed, suspended, or limited. If your service is suspended or limited due to cryptocurrency projects, no refund will be issued.

Bandwidth

3.1: Users are entitled to use bandwidth up to 1 Gbit/s as per their needs. However, if a customer uses this bandwidth in a way that negatively affects the network performance of other customers, your bandwidth may be limited to 100 Mbit/s. Ideally, 50-60 TB of bandwidth usage is recommended for fair usage plans. Services requiring high bandwidth usage, such as reverse proxies or VPNs, should be carefully considered and not run on fair usage plans. Otherwise, your bandwidth may be restricted.

I/O Usage

4.1: There are no strict rules for I/O usage on virtual servers. Most of our physical servers use Gen3 or Gen4 NVMe SSDs, making it rare to reach the maximum I/O capacity of physical servers. However, programs causing excessive wear on SSDs are strictly prohibited. If I/O usage is deemed excessive or abusive, restrictions may be applied to your service.

Refund Policy

5.1: If you exceed the limits specified in this policy or misuse the service, you forfeit your refund rights. If excessive resource consumption or violations of fair usage rules are detected, your service may be suspended or terminated without any refund.

Policy Changes

6.1: Our fair use policy may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for changes and stay updated. Significant changes may be communicated via email.
