Are ports or UDP blocked on my server?
Things to check when a game port or external connection does not work.
Is there a general port block?
We do not generally block game ports or UDP traffic by default.
Checklist
- Make sure the application is listening on the correct port.
- Check the firewall inside your operating system.
- If you use Docker, check port mapping.
- Make sure the remote side is not blocking the IP range.
Support
If everything looks correct but access still fails, include the IP, port, and service details in your ticket.
Additional note
If you are not sure which case applies to your service, open a support ticket with your service name and a short explanation. The team can review it and guide you.
