Why are my backups not visible?
Backup pages may be unavailable during maintenance.
If the backup page is unavailable
The backup system may sometimes be under maintenance. During this period, backup pages or new backup actions may be temporarily unavailable.
Old backups
Old backups may not always be usable after maintenance. For important data, keeping your own external backup is recommended.
What to do
If you need a specific restore date, open a ticket with your service name and date.
