
Connect with SSH or RDP after receiving your server details.
After setup, the IP address, username, and password are sent by email. Linux servers usually use SSH; Windows servers use RDP.
Make sure there is no extra space when copying the password. If it still fails, you can try a reinstall from the panel or open a support ticket.
Check that the server is powered on, the IP is correct, and there is no block on your own network.
